Need to return or change an item?
Contact us by email indicating your order number, the problem & whether you would like a refund or exchange.
We will contact you to confirm the return address to send the merchandise to.
Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing a covering letter indicating your order no.
Send to the return address below (if no alternate address has been suggested by an email from ALPHA FU®)
Please be sure to include your name, address and order number,
and instructions whether to exchange the item or refund the merchandise purchase price.
We do not refund any taxes you were charged.
We do not refund or credit handling and shipping charges.
Normal time for processing returns is 3-5 days.
Please allow 3-5 working days once the goods have reached us, to give us time to process your returns. Any returns received after 14 days, can no longer be processed.
All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-5 working days to show up on your bank statement.
